Enterprise CRM and AI agents for wealth management firms
San Francisco, CA, USPublic (NYSE:CRM)salesforce.comNot yet confirmed by the company
Salesforce sells a version of its CRM built for financial services, now branded Agentforce Financial Services and formerly called Financial Services Cloud. Its wealth management edition is used by wealth management firms, RIAs, broker-dealers and investment managers, and a preconfigured package, Financial Services Cloud for Advisors, targets growing RIAs.
The software keeps client and household records, goals and life events in one view and pulls in data from custodians and other wealth platforms so advisors can see portfolio and household metrics without switching systems. Prebuilt AI agents prepare meeting briefs, transcribe calls and create CRM records and tasks, and a daily AI briefing flags priorities, at-risk clients, life events and market triggers. Other features cover lead capture, client onboarding, account transfers, service case handling, marketing, compliance workflows and analytics. Firms can extend it with MuleSoft integrations, Tableau analytics, Data 360 and apps from the AgentExchange marketplace.
Salesforce, Inc. is based in San Francisco and trades on the NYSE under the ticker CRM. The company offers a 30-day free trial of Financial Services Cloud. In September 2026 Salesforce was listed among the CRM connectors for Claude for Financial Advisors.
