CRM with a financial services edition for advisors and dealers
Vancouver, BC, CAFounded 1987Part of a larger companymaximizer.comNot yet confirmed by the company
Maximizer makes CRM software, and its financial services edition serves financial advisors, wealth and insurance teams, and the dealer firms behind them, with a strong focus on Canada. The company also sells a general CRM for sales teams. It says it has more than 120,000 customers and about 1 million users.
The financial services edition keeps household and family profiles, tracks opportunities and financial products on pipeline boards, and sets reminders for reviews and birthdays. Emails sent from Outlook are filed to client records automatically, and field-level change tracking and interaction reports support audits by CIRO, Canada's investment regulator. Firms can bring investment positions from a data lake and policy data from 11 insurance carriers into one client view. IQ Boost, an AI assistant in the higher tier, answers questions about a household from its calls, emails and accounts. The product is available in English and French, runs in Canadian data centres, and its security controls carry a SOC 2 Type II audit.
Published prices start at $79 USD per user per month for Financial Services and $89 USD for Financial Services+, with custom enterprise plans that link custodial and back-office data. Maximizer was founded in 1987, is based in Vancouver, and is part of the Concord Group of Companies.
