CRM for financial advisors, RIAs and broker-dealers
Founded 2014wealthbox.comNot yet confirmed by the company
Wealthbox makes CRM software for financial advisors. Its customers range from independent advisors to enterprise RIA firms, RIA aggregators, broker-dealers and OSJs, banks and credit unions, trust companies and family offices.
The CRM holds client and household records with communication history and financial data. Advisors track prospects and AUM opportunities on kanban pipelines, run task workflows with milestones and form builders, sync email and calendars to the client record, and build dashboards and reports, including reports generated by asking the built-in AI. The AI assistant answers questions about a client, drafts follow-ups and keeps records current, and the company is testing AI agents that work in the background. An AI notetaker handles meeting prep, notes and follow-ups. Mobile apps, permissions and compliance controls, and multiple workspaces for larger firms round out the product.
Wealthbox publishes per-user prices for three plans at $59, $75 and $99 per user per month, with custom Enterprise pricing and a $49 per user per month notetaker add-on at an introductory rate. A 14-day free trial is offered. The company says it connects to more than 150 tools, including Schwab, Fidelity, Orion, eMoney, Altruist, LPL ClientWorks, RightCapital, MoneyGuide, Addepar and Black Diamond. John Rourke and Dan Ferranti founded Wealthbox in 2014.
