Salesforce-based CRM for private markets fundraising and advisor-channel distribution
San Francisco, CA, USVenture-backedinvestorflow.comNot yet confirmed by the company
InvestorFlow makes CRM and AI software for private markets firms, built on Salesforce. Its users are fundraising, deal, investor services and private wealth distribution teams at private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and fund-of-funds managers, along with asset owners.
The Private Wealth application is aimed at asset managers whose funds reach investors through advisors at RIAs, wirehouses and private banks. It models firms, branch offices, teams and individual advisors in one structure, ties marketing activity to commitments and retail assets raised, and ranks which advisors to call based on engagement and flow data. It pulls in third-party advisor and trade data from sources such as Discovery Data, Dakota, SS&C SalesConnect and SS&C WalletShare. Across the platform, InvestorFlow logs emails, meetings and notes automatically, builds target lists, prepares meeting briefs and flags stalled conversations. Other applications cover institutional LP fundraising, deal pipelines and investor portals.
InvestorFlow says more than 200 private markets firms use it. The company merged with Cloud Theory and raised a $30 million Series A in 2022, opened London operations in 2023 and bought Coyote Software, a commercial real estate software maker, in 2024. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and Salesforce and uses OpenAI models.
