Intapp DealCloud is deal and relationship management software for private capital firms, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, funds of funds, limited partners and single- and multi-family offices. Intapp, a publicly traded maker of software for professional services and financial firms, acquired DealCloud in 2018.
For family offices, DealCloud keeps deals, contacts, intermediary and general partner relationships and capital deployment in one database. Teams track a target pipeline, run due diligence checklists and approval workflows, log investor outreach and fund activity, send branded email campaigns, and build tear sheets, dashboards and reports. Relationship intelligence and AI summaries flag connections and suggest next steps, and the system connects to Microsoft 365 and third-party data providers.
Intapp also sells DealCloud to alternative asset managers that raise money through private wealth channels. Paired with Intapp Celeste, the agentic AI platform Intapp launched in 2026, it brings investor onboarding, suitability records, fund approval tracking and advisor coverage into one platform so distribution teams can see which advisors and platforms are engaged. Intapp runs its software in the cloud on Microsoft Azure and says it serves more than 1,400 clients that each pay over $50k a year. Pricing is not published.
