Indivisible Partners has added Rosenwald Private Wealth, a six-person Baltimore team with $1.1 billion in client assets, from RBC Wealth Management, WealthManagement.com reported.

The team brings high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to the Clearwater, Fla.-based advisor-owned partnership, which is led by John Thiel, a former Merrill Lynch wealth head who has described the RIA as an accelerator for top advisors looking to grow.

Beth Rosenwald, who spent the last 18 years at RBC, leads the team and founded the practice. The other five members are founding partner Matthew Kunkel; Leksi Kovalerchik, a private wealth advisor and partner; Brennan Dunn, a senior wealth planning strategist; Andrew Conn, a wealth planning strategist; and Seth Jones, a senior client service associate.

Rosenwald said in a statement that the group wanted a model that let it own what it had built while expanding what would be possible for its clients, and that Indivisible offered the best fit of independence, flexibility and active support.

Indivisible's terms allow advisors to own 100% of their practice and to hold equity in the partnership, with access to family office services, a technology platform with curated options and operational support. Thiel said in a statement that exceptional advisory practices want the freedom to shape their futures without compromise.

The source reports Indivisible has added six advisory teams with more than $3 billion in assets in recent months. That run follows the July addition of FMB Wealth Management, a Westlake Village, Calif., firm with $800 million in assets. PWD's records show Indivisible with 24 employees and $2.1 billion in regulatory assets under management as of Oct. 10; that filing figure and the $3 billion attributed to incoming teams measure different things.

The departure lands in a year when the largest brokerages are shedding experienced advisors on net. Diamond Consultants counted 1,449 experienced-advisor departures against 932 recruits in the first half of 2026, a net loss of 517, as this publication reported.

As this publication has argued, employee channels have been outbidding custody platforms for large teams. Indivisible's structure is a variant on that: the team keeps ownership of its practice and can hold a stake in the partnership, while the partnership supplies the platform and operational support. What RBC gives up is a founder with 18 years of tenure and a clientele the report describes as high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth.
