UBS leads 30-day advisor departures; Cetera Planning Partners leads arrivals
Kestra Private Wealth Services, RFG Advisory and The Wealth Consulting Group appear on both ten-largest lists.
At a glance
UBS recorded 58 advisor departures over the past 30 days, the most of any firm in our tracking, while Cetera Planning Partners drew 47 arrivals, the largest total on the destination side.
The counts are gross: every logged arrival and departure counts once, so they measure traffic at a firm rather than net headcount change.
Three firms appear on both ten-largest lists: Kestra Private Wealth Services (47 departures, 16 arrivals), RFG Advisory (42 departures, 22 arrivals) and The Wealth Consulting Group (36 departures, 30 arrivals).

The counts are gross: every logged arrival and departure counts once, so they measure traffic at a firm rather than net headcount change. They also don't pair a departure with an arrival, so they show where advisors left and where others landed without connecting the two.
LPL Financial added 39 advisors over the same window, third on the destination list behind Cetera Planning Partners and Ascentis Independent Advisors at 40.
Three firms appear on both ten-largest lists: Kestra Private Wealth Services (47 departures, 16 arrivals), RFG Advisory (42 departures, 22 arrivals) and The Wealth Consulting Group (36 departures, 30 arrivals). Each took in fewer advisors than it lost on a gross basis.
UBS is the only wirehouse among the five largest sources of departures. Behind it are The Strategic Financial Alliance (50), OpenArc Corporate Advisory (48), Kestra Private Wealth Services (47) and Harbour Investments (46). No wirehouse appears among the ten largest destinations, which run from Cetera Planning Partners at 47 to Prime Capital Financial and Kestra at 16.
The counts carry no assets or production figures, so arrival and departure totals are not comparable in dollars. The leaderboard measures how many advisors moved, not what they managed.
