Branded secure messaging app for client communication, with file sharing, e-signature, scheduling and audit trail
Founded 2017qwilmessenger.comNot yet confirmed by the company
Qwil Messenger is a secure, branded chat platform that firms use in place of email and consumer messaging apps for client communication. Financial advice and wealth firms are its main market, and it is also sold to legal, accounting, healthcare and real estate businesses.
Staff and invited clients chat one-to-one or in groups, exchange and request documents, sign forms inside the conversation, book meetings and hold video calls. Every message, file and signature is kept in a fixed, searchable audit trail with reviewer access for compliance. Firms can send broadcasts, build dashboards for clients and staff, apply their own branding, and push conversations into CRMs such as Wealthbox, Salesforce, Intelliflo and Plannr.
Qwil launched in 2017 and lists offices in London, Oxford, Madrid and Dubai. It charges per staff user, with client users free: Professional runs $15-$20 and Business $25-$35 per staff member per month depending on billing term.
