Rental real estate planning software that turns client tax returns into per-property analysis for advisors.
Pasadena, CA, USleveridge.aiNot yet confirmed by the company
Leveridge is web software for financial advisors whose clients own rental or investment property. Its terms limit the service to licensed advisors and planning firms, and it is meant to sit beside an existing financial planning tool rather than replace it.
An advisor uploads a client's tax return and the software extracts each property's income, expenses and depreciation. It then shows cash flow, equity, appreciation and the tax owed on a sale for every property, compares holding, selling and a 1031 exchange (including DST boot analysis), and adds written observations. A per-property fact sheet is formatted for entry into eMoney, RightCapital and MoneyGuidePro, and client-ready portfolio reports can be produced.
Leveridge, Inc. is based in Pasadena, California, and was co-founded by CEO Ali Moallem, CFP, and COO Rick Sanchez. Pricing is a flat firm-wide $1,497 per year covering 50 rental-property households, with unlimited users and a 14-day free trial.
