Arch makes software that collects and processes documents and data from private market investments for family offices, wealth managers and RIAs, institutional allocators, banks, and accounting and tax firms. The company says it has more than 700 customers and supports more than $600 billion in private investment value.

Arch gathers capital call notices, account statements, quarterly reports and K-1s from general partner portals and extracts the data, handling exceptions before the information reaches the client's reporting system. It follows up with managers when a K-1 is late or incomplete, estimates when K-1s will arrive and notifies CPAs when they land. Capital call controls assign an owner to each call and check wire instructions against past notices from the same manager. Portfolio reporting aggregates each client's private fund holdings, including held-away assets, and look-throughs show exposure to underlying companies and notable IPOs. A research product summarizes manager letters for diligence, and an API feeds data to other systems.

Arch's partner directory lists integrations with Addepar, SS&C Black Diamond, Envestnet, Masttro, Asset Vantage, Archway, Allposit, Bipsync, Salesforce, SharePoint, Box and Dropbox. The company was founded in New York in 2018, says it has more than 300 employees and has raised more than $77.5 million. MUFG Innovation Partners and Franklin Templeton joined its Series B round.
