AI meeting assistant and notetaker for financial advisors
San Francisco, CA, USFounded 2022Venture-backedzocks.ioNot yet confirmed by the company
Zocks makes AI assistant software for financial advisors and advisory firms, from solo practices to enterprise broker-dealers and RIAs. The product handles the work around client conversations and does so without recording the meeting.
Zocks schedules meetings, prepares briefing material, takes notes, updates the CRM and planning software, and drafts follow-up emails. It completes intake, fact-finder, account and onboarding forms from what clients say in meetings. After a meeting or a document upload it can update hundreds of fields in a planning tool. Advisors can query their book in plain language, for example to list clients with held-away assets or upcoming life events. Higher tiers add reporting, an advisor coaching center, email reply drafting, document data extraction and Zapier automation. An MCP connector passes client data to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
Zocks publishes per-user prices: Essentials at $67, Professional at $117 and Ultimate at $184 per user per month billed annually, with higher monthly rates and a custom enterprise plan. Its integration list includes Salesforce, Redtail, SmartOffice, eMoney, RightCapital, Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace. The company was founded in 2022, is based in San Francisco and says it has raised $65 million from investors including Lightspeed and GFC. It says more than 5,000 firms use the software.
