AI meeting notes and agent workflows for wealth management firms
New York, NY, USVenture-backedzeplyn.aiNot yet confirmed by the company
Zeplyn makes AI software for wealth management firms. The company says it is live at RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, multi-family offices, and trust and life insurance firms. It started with meeting notes and now runs a set of AI agents that act on what advisors record.
The meeting assistant writes notes from video calls, office meetings, phone calls and dictation without storing a recording, and pulls out goals, life events, risks and financial details. From those notes it drafts follow-up emails and creates CRM tasks and cases, and it includes compliance checklists and agenda prompts. Other agents handle client research, account opening, onboarding of new advisors or acquired teams, recap emails and proposal packages. Firm-level tools flag planning triggers such as required minimum distributions and idle cash, score advisor conversations for coaching, and hold a searchable knowledge base of firm procedures. The company says it connects to more than 30 outside systems, including CRMs, custodians and planning and portfolio software, and supports outside AI tools through MCP.
Zeplyn was co-founded by CEO Era Jain and CTO Divam Jain, both formerly at Google. It raised a $3 million seed round in November 2024. The company says it is SOC 2 Type II certified and offers single-tenant and bring-your-own-cloud deployment. In 2026 it launched Advisor Coaching, Agent Studio with an MCP server, and an account-opening workflow linked to Schwab Advisor Center.
