Reads prospects' brokerage statements, reconciles holdings to printed totals and builds a proposal, for small RIAs
UStieoutiq.comNot yet confirmed by the company
TieoutIQ is a statement-to-proposal tool for US registered investment advisers with roughly one to ten advisors. An advisor or paraplanner uploads a prospect's brokerage statement PDFs and leaves the first meeting with an analysis and a client-ready proposal instead of re-keying positions into a spreadsheet.
The software extracts every position, then checks the result against the totals printed on the statement; rows it cannot reconcile are sent to a review queue rather than guessed. It reads holdings, activity and tax-report statements, including scans, in 18 currencies. The analysis covers allocation, fund-fee drag, concentration and embedded capital gains, and the output is a branded PDF proposal, summary PDF and Excel workbook. The vendor states that uploads are not used to train models and that there are no CRM or portfolio-accounting integrations yet.
TieoutIQ is an early-stage product currently onboarding firms through a design-partner program. Published pricing is $249 per month for one seat or $199 per seat per month for two to ten seats.
