Data and research platform on RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices and their decision-makers
Boston, MA, USFounded 2014fintrx.comNot yet confirmed by the company
FINTRX is a data and research platform that profiles the private wealth market: registered investment advisers, broker-dealers and their reps, wealth teams inside wirehouses and aggregators, family offices, bank and trust departments, and endowments and foundations. Its buyers are mainly asset managers and ETF issuers placing products with advisors, alternative fund managers raising capital, recruiters and RIA aggregators, and wealth-tech and service firms looking for clients.
Users screen firms and contacts by geography, AUM, custodian, holdings and other attributes, track advisor moves, direct investments and 13F holdings, and build prospect lists. Records can be pushed selectively into Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or DealCloud, delivered through an API and data feeds, or queried through an AI assistant and an MCP connection for tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. A Chrome extension pulls profiles while reading news or web pages.
The company was founded in 2014 in Boston, where it is still based, and began as a family-office research operation before releasing its software platform in 2018. It publishes no prices; access starts with a trial request.
