iPipeline

iPipeline makes software for selling and processing life insurance, annuities and securities business. Its wealth management products are sold to broker-dealers, RIAs and fund companies, and its insurance products to carriers, brokerage general agencies and financial institutions, in North America and the UK.

For broker-dealers and advisors, iPipeline handles brokerage and advisory account opening and rep transitions (from its IFS business), a financial forms library with e-signature through Laser App and AlphaTrust, and electronic delivery of documents. On the insurance side, iGO is an electronic application for life policies, AFFIRM runs suitability checks for life and annuity sales, WebDirect handles annuity order entry across markets, and AgencyIntegrator manages agency relationships. OneView, launched in 2024, tracks annuity orders in real time, and iSolve speeds quoting and illustrations. These products sit on the iPipeline Evolve platform, which covers life, annuity and wealth business.

iPipeline started in 1995 with LifePipe, an insurance forms library built by a Philadelphia agent. Roper Technologies acquired it in 2019. It bought Bluesun in 2019 and IFS and WELiS in 2020. Its headquarters is in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with offices elsewhere in the US, the UK and Canada. In 2026 it launched IX Express with FIDx to bring digital annuity sales to smaller firms.
