What it does
Contio builds MeetingOS, a desktop application for planning, running and following up on meetings, with a dedicated edition for wealth managers and financial advisors. It was founded by Aaron Klein, co-founder and former CEO of Riskalyze (now Nitrogen).
Before a meeting, MeetingOS assembles context from calendar, email, documents and Salesforce into an AI-drafted agenda and a daily brief. During the meeting it surfaces relevant past context and captures action items without a bot joining the call and without storing audio. Afterward it drafts recaps, next steps and documents for the user to review and can push them to Salesforce. An API and MCP server expose meeting data to other AI tools.
Contio is based in Boise, Idaho. It raised $5.5 million from Klein and wealth-industry backers including Eric Clarke, Brian McLaughlin, Steve Lockshin, Scott Hanson, Ric Edelman and Capital Eleven Ventures. A free plan covers 20 meetings a month; paid plans run $19-$49 per user per month billed annually.
