Eight Raymond James brokers register $1.4B RIA, keep custody at firm

Seven of the eight advisors are keeping brokerage licenses through Kingswood Capital Partners while the new firm will continue to custody with the St. Petersburg, Florida-based firm.

Eight brokers affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services in Chattanooga, Tennessee registered their own RIA, Round Table Advisors, last week, with about $1.4 billion in client assets, AdvisorHub reported, citing a Forbes ranking.

Seven of the eight advisors are keeping their brokerage licenses through Kingswood Capital Partners, an independent broker-dealer. Anthony M. D'Andrea Jr. and Dennis K. Wolfe lead Round Table and own a majority of it; six other advisors are minority owners, according to AdvisorHub.

Round Table said in SEC filings that it will continue to custody with the St. Petersburg, Florida-based firm, AdvisorHub reported.
