Across the four transactions, the headline client assets add up to roughly $7.5 billion, though the Streamline figure counts collective client assets rather than managed money.
AlphaCore Wealth Advisory added Blue Rock Financial Group, a Sussex County, Delaware practice with more than $400 million in client assets, in a transaction announced Wednesday.
The deal gives AlphaCore a transaction in each of the past three months. Brave Family Advisors, a $700 million practice founded in 1992, gave the firm its first New Jersey office in Summit in August. A month later, AlphaCore acquired Dover, Massachusetts-based Streamline Family Office and its 15-person team, representing nearly $5 billion.
The Mid-Atlantic build-out began in October last year with SPC Financial, a tax-focused Rockville, Maryland firm holding roughly $1.4 billion in client assets at the time. Geoffrey Sella, a longtime Sussex County resident and AlphaCore managing partner, led that firm before the acquisition and pushed for the Delaware expansion.

Blue Rock founder Todd Roselle becomes a managing director and partner and will help lead AlphaCore's Mid-Atlantic wealth advisory business. His nine-person team stays in Sussex County, working from the firm's Rehoboth Beach office while coordinating with Bethesda, Maryland. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Roselle said in the InvestmentNews report that he had turned down every conversation about merging for more than ten years, citing a lack of shared values, and that he built the practice organically over that stretch with a special focus on business owners.
Sussex County had an estimated 277,140 residents as of July 2025, up 16.8% from April 2020, according to the latest available Census Bureau estimates, and roughly a third of that population is 65 or older. "Blue Rock deepens our presence in the Mid-Atlantic and brings significant experience serving mass-affluent and high-net-worth clients," said Dick Pfister, AlphaCore's founder and chief executive.
"When I joined AlphaCore, I emphasized the importance of establishing a presence in Sussex County," Sella said, describing the coastal area's growth into a destination for families and retirees. Measured from the SPC Financial deal, the firm went from no Mid-Atlantic presence to offices in three states in about a year.
