Carson Group added Foran Financial, a $410 million New Jersey RIA, from LPL. The Somerville practice becomes a branded Carson Wealth office led by Daniel and John Foran.

The Mather Group announced a $400 million deal for Legacy Consulting, a Plano, Texas practice founded in 1997. The deal takes the Chicago firm's disclosed additions this year past $700 million.

AlphaCore Wealth Advisory also announced a deal for Blue Rock Financial Group, a Sussex County, Del. practice founded by Todd Roselle.

Merit Financial Advisors is buying Moldenhauer & Associates, an Orchard Park, N.Y. practice with $1.1 billion, in its 12th deal of 2026. According to our tracking, the deal is Merit's 10th former Commonwealth team and its first Buffalo-area office. With 12 completed deals against a stated target of 15 this year, three remain.
