Multi-custodian data aggregation, portfolio management and investment accounting for advisors and family offices
Montreal, QC, CAFounded 1999ndexsystems.comNot yet confirmed by the company
NDEX Systems provides data aggregation and wealth management software to independent advisors and RIAs, family offices, portfolio management firms, accounting firms and financial institutions, mainly in Canada and the US. It says it supports more than 14,000 advisors and about $600B in assets.
Its Data Bridge technology pulls holdings and transactions from hundreds of direct custodial feeds, websites and PDF or spreadsheet statements, then normalizes and reconciles them. On top of that data sit a wealth management platform with consolidated views, models, baskets, benchmarks and GIPS-compliant cash-flow performance, and Artiffex, an investment accounting product that automates bookkeeping for accountants and family offices. Firms can migrate historical data in and export to other systems.
NDEX was founded in 1999 by CEO Laurent Bensemana, who holds four US patents on financial data aggregation. It is based in Montreal and states SOC 2 certification. Pricing is not published.
