AI-driven portfolio management, direct indexing, trading and OCIO platform for RIAs, family offices and asset managers
New York, NY, USFounded 2016allocaterite.aiNot yet confirmed by the company
AllocateRite is a business-to-business wealth management platform and OCIO service for independent RIAs, multi-family offices, enterprise wealth firms, banks and institutional asset managers. It is not a consumer robo-advisor; clients of the firms it serves do not log in.
The platform covers model construction and governance, household rebalancing, block trading with pre-trade compliance, direct and custom indexing with tax-loss harvesting and gain budgets, fixed income ladders across a large bond universe, proposals and fact sheets, client onboarding and IPS construction, reporting and fee billing. Advisors can use a native CRM or connect Wealthbox or Salesforce, and meeting tools tie into Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Its AI agent, Newt, ranks daily actions such as drift, tax opportunities and follow-ups for advisor approval. Schwab connects directly; other custodians connect through FIS.
AllocateRite was founded in 2016 by Abbas Shah, is based in New York and is an SEC-registered adviser. Its OCIO service is quoted at 15 bps; software pricing is by demo.
