360 ONE issued those warrants in July 2025, when UBS paid an initial 25% of the exercise consideration. The Swiss bank has now cleared the remaining 75% to complete the conversion, finalising a preferential allotment the two firms had agreed earlier, according to the report. The consideration behind the conversion is not disclosed.

For an allocator weighing 360 ONE Asset's India private-credit or real-asset sleeves, the ownership change does not by itself alter fees, capacity or redemption rights, and the report addresses none of those terms. That division channels foreign capital into Indian public equities, private equity, private credit, real assets and renewables, per the report, which makes it the part of the business a fund selector would actually diligence. A named minority shareholder is a counterparty fact; the vehicle documents remain the source for everything an allocator signs.

360 ONE WAM is headquartered in Mumbai and oversees more than $94.1 billion in client assets across 32 domestic and overseas offices, according to the report, serving more than 9,000 corporates and families. Its other division, 360 ONE Wealth, provides portfolio management and legacy-planning services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.

UBS, based in Zurich, operates across more than 50 jurisdictions and reported $7.3 trillion in invested assets as of the second quarter of 2026, the report said.

In August, Groww Asset Management finalised a 5.8 billion rupee ($64.2 million) transaction with State Street Investment Management after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, giving State Street a 4.85% voting stake and a 23% economic interest in Groww AMC, according to the same report. That deal was first made public in January 2026.
