Raymond James also listed executive changes for Tarek Helal and Steve Raney effective Jan. 1, 2027, and listed Shannon Reid as leaving the firm.

Advisors in those units now have a dated roster of who is in charge. Sisemore's presidency of Raymond James Financial Services is interim, Bell's independent contractor role carries an April 2026 effective date, and the Helal and Raney changes take effect Jan. 1, 2027. The same day, Osaic lifted Freehold Wealth Management's $576 million team from Stifel Independent Advisors and added former LPL Financial advisor James Costabile with $2.3 billion. The two additions differ in shape, a team out of Stifel Independent Advisors and one advisor out of LPL Financial, and in size: Costabile's $2.3 billion is about four times the $576 million the Freehold team brings.
