Osaic approved Nitrogen's full advisor product suite, including all Nucleus AI capabilities, for its network of nearly 10,000 advisors, Nitrogen said in a Nov. 3, 2026 release.
The approval covers all six Nitrogen products: Risk Center, Research Center, Income Center, Tax Center, Legacy Center and Insurance Center. Advisors choose which to adopt and can add capabilities later, Nitrogen said. Nucleus, the company's agentic AI engine, turns client statements into portfolios, drafts retirement income illustrations and converts tax returns into visual summaries.
For Osaic advisors, the change is product-level choice with a sign-off requirement. Any of the six can be run without adopting the rest, and every Nucleus output passes through advisor approval before it reaches a client.
Moves Wire records 19 Osaic-related moves in the past 12 months, the newest a $1.0 billion team that joined on Nov. 2, 2026. Brent Besinger moved from Private Client Services to Osaic as managing director and founder with a six-person team and $1.0 billion in client assets, according to Moves Wire.
Nitrogen said it is the first known wealthtech company to achieve ISO/IEC 42001 certification for responsible AI management. Sayee Bellamkonda, Osaic's chief AI and technology officer, said Nitrogen's commitment to security and responsible AI gave Osaic the confidence to approve the full suite.
