The Investment Company Institute's Board of Governors elected Andrew Schlossberg, Invesco's president and chief executive, to a second year as chair. It returned George Walker, Neuberger's chairman and CEO, to a second year as vice chair, the group announced Oct. 9.

Eight new governors were elected: Kristie M. Feinberg, president and CEO of Manulife John Hancock Investments; Michael Hunstad, president of Northern Trust Asset Management; Edward M. “Ted” Maloney, CEO of MFS Investment Management; Edmund F. Murphy III, president and CEO of Empower; Matt Toms, CEO of Voya Investment Management; Jeff Tarlin, senior advisor at Fidelity Investments; and independent directors Michael A. NAGDCA appointed Conradson Cleary board president. The Expanding ESOPs Coalition reached the 100-member mark. NAGDCA and ERIC have asked the IRS to route the Saver's Match through plan rollover systems, as this publication has reported.
