Igneo Infrastructure Partners closed its fourth European infrastructure fund at its €6 billion hard cap, 50% above its €4 billion target and six months after first close, AltAssets reported.
The fund is now closed to new commitments, and allocators that missed the hard cap must look to other managers' vehicles or the secondaries market, where sellers set the price.
Igneo-backed US Signal acquired a 63,000-square-foot, 4.5 MW data center in Hillsboro, Oregon, its first owned facility in the Portland metro area, as Private Infrastructure Daily previously reported.
