Hansmann Family Office invested again in reebuild, a Vienna-based construction AI platform, in the €3 million seed round led by Fortino Ventures, Family Office Hub reported.
Fortino Ventures, based in Ghent, led the round, which was announced on Oct. 13, 2026, with Rise PropTech and CuriosityVC also investing, according to Family Office Hub. Fortino partner Wouter Goossens named the founders' family roots in construction as a reason to invest, the outlet reported.
For a family office, the structural detail is the follow-on. Hansmann runs his investments through a family office that gives structure to what began as classic angel investing, with follow-on tickets in portfolio companies such as reebuild part of that model, according to Family Office Hub. The vehicle, formerly the Hans(wo)men Group, invests mainly in early-stage companies in Austria, and recent portfolio additions include the Vienna RegTech firm 3Folio.
reebuild turns PDFs, photos, scans and electronic invoices into structured data for construction and real estate companies. The software checks delivery notes against invoices and order confirmations, helps manage costs and materials, and learns from the decisions of commercial staff to automate repetitive tasks. Site foremen can photograph delivery notes in a mobile app and add them to the system straight away. Founder and chief executive Alexander Kornell leads the company with co-founder and chief revenue officer Matteo Cimadom and co-founder and chief technology officer Luca Papay.
