JLL's Jeff Feste and Dan McGillicuddy brokered the transaction, and Feste will lead leasing with a JLL team.
Clarion Partners reports about $73.7 billion in registered assets, according to PRED records, and in September its majority stake in Stoneshield added European living and digital infrastructure.
Buildings 1 through 6 are due in the second quarter of 2028, when the first lease rate will decide whether teardown-and-rebuild is a trade or a toll.
