AP Maverick co-invest fund discloses $13.2 million sold

The Oct. 23 Form D shows an Oct. 21 first sale and no total offering amount.

$13.2Msold to date in AP Maverick co-invest fund

AP Maverick Co-Invest II (B), L.P. has sold $13.2 million of interests in a private equity fund offering, according to a Form D filed with the SEC on Oct. 23.

The Form D gives Oct. 21 as the date of first sale and does not disclose a total offering amount.

For allocators, the open due-diligence question is the total offering amount: without it, the $13.2 million reported after an Oct. 21 first sale does not show what share of the offering has been sold.
