Albemarle Street Partners to rebrand as WisdomTree Portfolio Solutions

The investment team, philosophy and open-architecture approach remain unchanged, and Charlie Parker takes the Europe portfolio-solutions role on 2 November.

At a glance

  1. The business runs a Managed Portfolio Service and multi-asset funds for financial advisers across the UK.
  2. The change follows WisdomTree's acquisition of Atlantic House in May, the report says.
  3. Charlie Parker, head of ASPIM, becomes Head of Portfolio Solutions, Europe on 2 November 2026, ahead of the February rebrand.

Albemarle Street Partners will rebrand as WisdomTree Portfolio Solutions on 1 February 2027, according to an announcement reported by ETF Express on 21 October. The business runs a Managed Portfolio Service and multi-asset funds for financial advisers across the UK.

The change follows WisdomTree's acquisition of Atlantic House in May, the report says. The existing investment team, investment philosophy and open-architecture approach remain unchanged. The team is to draw on WisdomTree's wider research, investment expertise and resources to develop new solutions and deepen relationships with UK advisers.

Charlie Parker, head of ASPIM, becomes Head of Portfolio Solutions, Europe on 2 November 2026, ahead of the February rebrand. "Rebranding to WisdomTree Portfolio Solutions allows us to build on those foundations," Parker said, adding that the team and investment approach remain the same.

Alexis Marinof, WisdomTree's CEO for Europe, described the move as "more than a name change" and tied it to demand from advisers for investment and portfolio solutions. He said the UK remains a key focus alongside a long-term ambition to expand the Portfolio Solutions offering across Europe.

What stays the same, and where the brand lands

The open-architecture commitment means the manager-selection approach carries over under the new name rather than being absorbed into WisdomTree's own products, according to the announcement.

The rebrand puts the adviser-facing business under the same brand WisdomTree has been using to reach UK retail investors. Stratiphy began offering WisdomTree model portfolios in its UK retail app on 13 October, this publication reported. The retail app and the adviser-focused MPS reach different audiences, but both now carry the WisdomTree name.

WisdomTree crossed $50 billion in assets under management in August, this publication reported, with $9.7 billion of record inflows this year led by currency-hedged funds. Marinof described the European expansion as a long-term ambition, and the announcement attaches no timetable.
