Dixit will run technology strategy and oversee development of AI-native products for advisors. He has more than 30 years in software and fintech and joins from Autonomy Finance, an AI platform for advisors that he co-founded and served as CTO. Before that he spent nearly a decade as founding CTO of Yieldstreet, now called Willow Wealth, and earlier held the same role at LearnVest, which Northwestern Mutual acquired in 2015. The hire reunites him with Milind Mehere, who founded both Yieldstreet and AutonomyFinance.ai and became Advisor360's chief executive after its board selected him for the top job. Advisor360 also hired Russ Hughey, previously in senior client and relationship roles at First Rate, InvestEdge, Vestmark, Advent Software and Charles River Development, as vice president of customer success.
Dispatch, a New York-based data infrastructure startup serving wealth firms, named Dunne head of wealth and asset management. He spent more than 25 years in operations and financial services and was most recently chief operating officer at Hightower Advisors, where he ran operations through a stretch of rapid growth, integrated numerous acquisitions and helped launch Hightower Signature Wealth, the firm's first national direct-to-consumer advisory practice. Last month Dispatch announced a partnership with Hightower making it responsible for managing client data workflows across the Signature Wealth business. At Dispatch, Dunne will advise wealth clients on modernizing infrastructure, streamlining workflows and adopting AI, and will work with the product and sales teams to shape the company's roadmap. For advisors weighing data vendors, the hire puts the executive who helped build Signature Wealth in front of Dispatch's wealth clients.
