- Au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes, le stagiaire est intégré à l’équipe jeune et dynamique du département Juridique. Le stagiaire évoluera au sein d’une société d’investissement de premier plan répartie entre Paris, Londres et Luxembourg. Il aura pour missions principales : La participation à la création et au suivi des véhicules et fonds d’investissement
- La rédaction de procès-verbaux de réunions des conseils de gérance/d’administration
- La rédaction de procès-verbaux de réunions d’assemblées générales (ordinaires/extraordinaires) La revue de divers contrats (ex : pacte d’actionnaires, actes de ventes/achats, contrats de prêts, etc.). La présentation de l’actualité législative, règlementaire et jurisprudentielle Compétences requises Rigoureux Esprit d’équipe et capacité d’adaptation Autonome Dynamique et efficace
- Le profil 3ème cycle en droit des affaires avec connaissances solides en droit des sociétés (magistère, Master II…) ou en cours d’obtention du CRFPA/CAPA ou en cours d’obtention d’un Master Ecole de commerce
- Une première expérience significative en stage dans un cabinet ou une entreprise est requise
- Bon niveau d’anglais impératif
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques Procédure de candidature
