What it does

Zoe Financial runs a turnkey asset management platform for fee-only fiduciary RIAs, acting as sub-advisor on client accounts, and a separate service that matches individuals and families with independent advisors from its vetted network. Zoe Financial, Inc. is itself an SEC-registered investment adviser.

On the platform side, Zoe handles digital account opening with e-signatures and account transfers, implements investment models, places trades and manages cash movement. Rebalancing runs at the household level, and tax-loss harvesting and a tax budget for each account are automated, with the advisor keeping oversight. Its model marketplace lets advisors combine strategies from third-party providers, including BlackRock, Morningstar, MSCI, SmartLeaf, State Street and Vanguard, or build custom portfolios, and multi-manager models include tax-loss harvesting. Other listed features include direct indexing, private labeling so the client experience carries the RIA's brand, and high-yield cash accounts.

Accounts can be held at Apex or Charles Schwab after Zoe added Schwab to move to a multi-custodian model. The site lists integrations with Salesforce and eMoney. Advisor Match refers prospective clients to member advisors, and the company runs a sister directory site, findanadvisor.com. Zoe is based in New York at 666 Third Avenue. Pricing for advisors is not published.
