Tradier

Tradier runs a US online brokerage and offers its brokerage infrastructure through APIs to outside platforms, including brokerage and RIA APIs that let a partner launch a trading or digital advisory service without registering as a broker-dealer itself. It also serves self-directed active traders directly. The company says more than 100 partner platforms connect to it.

The REST APIs cover order entry for equities, options and multi-leg orders; market data such as quotes, options chains and time and sales; account balances, positions and history; and streaming over HTTP or WebSockets. Developers can test in paper trading before going live, and Tradier added an MCP server in December 2025 for connecting accounts to AI tools. Asset coverage on the brokerage side includes stocks, options, futures, options on futures and forex, and the firm launched a fully paid securities lending program in 2025.

Securities accounts sit with Tradier Brokerage Inc., a FINRA and SIPC member, and are carried and cleared by Apex Clearing; futures run through a separate entity, Tradier Futures. API access comes with every retail plan, and larger integrations may require a custom agreement. Tradier was founded in 2012, is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and raised a $24.6 million Series B in 2023.
