PKI digital signatures, remote online notarization and a signing API for regulated firms, including wealth managers
Chattanooga, TN, USsignix.com
SIGNiX provides PKI-based digital signatures and remote online notarization to regulated businesses, with a dedicated offering for wealth management firms alongside title, banking, insurance, legal and healthcare customers.
Each signature carries a digital certificate, authentication data, a transaction ID and a cryptographic hash, so documents are tamper-evident and can be verified independently. Wealth firms use it for new account opening, advisor onboarding, asset transfers, IRA and 401(k) rollovers, beneficiary and address changes and other maintenance forms. The platform includes reusable templates, a mass mailer, multiple signer authentication methods, branded signing, an audit trail and a signing API for embedding in other software. Partners listed include Docupace and Finity360.
SIGNiX says it has been in business for 20 years and is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Standard pricing is $180 per user per year with a minimum transaction volume; enterprise pricing is custom.
