Private Wealth Systems sells portfolio accounting, aggregation and reporting software for family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals with complex holdings. It also lists investment advisors, endowments, foundations and institutional consultants among the groups it serves.

The platform collects and normalizes data from bank and custodian feeds, investor letters, private equity statements and market data providers; the company says it draws on more than 400 feeds. An investment book of record runs automated reconciliation to catch custodian errors, and the accounting layer is built on a general ledger. Reporting is table-based rather than tied to fixed hierarchies, so users can group any mix of accounts, entities and holdings and classify individual positions without keeping separate security masters. Report templates cover allocation, performance, gains and losses, derivatives and balance sheets, with IRR and daily time-weighted returns, attribution, liquidity projections and what-if analysis.

Other modules include an investor portal, document management, ingestion of alternative-investment transactions, multi-currency calculations and a portfolio diagnostic called WealthCheck aimed at risk and tax issues.
