Wealth consolidation and document platform for wealthy families, family offices and private banks
London, ENG, GB1fswealth.com
1fs Wealth is a London-based platform that brings a family's assets, legal entities, documents and contacts into a single record. It is sold to individuals and single-family offices, to multi-family offices managing several families and SPVs across jurisdictions, and to banks, wealth managers and trust companies that want to give relationship managers and clients a fuller view of holdings.
The software tracks more than two dozen asset classes, from listed securities and funds to property, art, wine, crypto and private equity, with daily price updates for liquid holdings via Plaid, C-Bonds and Yahoo Finance and bulk upload for the rest. Users can map ownership structures, attach files and tasks to each asset, set renewal and filing reminders, export PDF reports and assign role-based access to family members and outside advisers, including for succession planning.
The company trades as 1fs Wealth Limited, registered in England and Wales, and is an EY Fintech accelerator graduate. Pricing is quoted per client based on portfolio complexity.
