STTGDC India will host Neysa's GPUs at its Noida 2 data center in Uttar Pradesh, with the first phase designed for up to 9,000 GPUs and expected to go live around the first quarter of 2027. The GPUs will run Neysa's Velocis AI cloud platform, built for training and inference workloads.
The Noida 2 facility offers 22 MW, according to Data Center Dynamics, which first reported the deployment. Noida 1 offers 17 MW, and Noida 3, under development, is set to offer 28 MW.
For allocators underwriting Indian data-center capacity, a named AI-cloud tenant at Noida 2 adds a demand signal without a revenue figure attached. Whether the 9,000-GPU phase is contracted revenue or a capacity reservation is the question the coverage leaves open.
STTGDC described the collaboration as the first phase of a multi-year working relationship with Neysa. Neysa was founded in 2023, pitching itself as a sovereign cloud player for India, and its backers include Blackstone, Teachers' Venture Growth, TVS Capital, 360 ONE and Nexus. CEO Sharad Sanghi said customers "need capacity they can plan around" as workloads evolve, and that the Noida deployment is one part of planning compute, platform and data center together.
