The Tokyo loan follows VIRTUS's £2.45 billion bank package for UK and European data centers, as Private Infrastructure Daily previously reported.
KKR and Singtel fully acquired STT GDC from ST Telemedia in February, and the company has since been rebranded STTGDC. Tokyo 1 was already in service when the green facility was announced; Tokyo 2 broke ground in April 2024.
