Sponsors choosing where to list face the diligence question: State Street provides custody, fund accounting and basket creation to fund sponsors, while TXSE aims to bring more choice to U.S. equity markets. Whether that choice reaches ETF listings, and how a venue part-owned by a firm that services fund sponsors would handle the overlap, is the test an issuer would run before adding a venue.
