For allocators, the micro-SME book carries a 14-month maximum tenor and will be monitored through Silverstreak IQ, Silverstreak's risk management and analytics platform. A 14-month cap means principal can be redeployed into new loans within 14 months, so origination quality in each underwriting vintage matters more to the facility's outcome than the duration of any single loan.

Konstantin Barabanov, general manager of Fingular, said Malaysia remains the group's priority market and that the Silverstreak partnership would help it execute faster. Fingular's paid-up capital increased fivefold to $37 million since the start of 2026, and its capital adequacy ratio exceeds 25%, he said.
