It also includes $50 million of World Bank financing for a sanitation P3 in Paraíba, as Private Wealth Daily previously reported on Nov. 4.
For bidders, procurement and contract-management rules are fixed at award and carry through the life of a concession.
São Paulo did not specify which parts of the framework the review would touch.
