Indivisible Partners said Oct. 9, 2026 that Rosenwald Private Wealth, a Baltimore-based team managing about $1.1 billion, has joined its platform.

The practice, led by Beth Rosenwald, Matthew Kunkel and Leksi Kovalerchik, includes six advisory team members serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families. The release describes the move as a new chapter that lets the practice operate as an independent advisory firm while continuing to serve clients with the same team and approach it has used for nearly three decades.

"At the center of this decision is our commitment to serving clients in a way that reflects their evolving needs," said Beth Rosenwald, Founding Partner of Rosenwald Private Wealth. "Independence allows us to maintain the relationships and planning philosophy that have guided our practice while providing additional flexibility in how we operate and support clients."

Indivisible Partners provides operational infrastructure, security, technology resources, family office services and strategic solutions while allowing advisory firms to maintain their independence and identity. Rosenwald Private Wealth's stated planning framework runs past investment management into retirement planning, trust and estate considerations, charitable giving, risk management, tax strategy and wealth transfer.

John Thiel, executive chairman and co-founder of Indivisible Partners, said in the release that the team's focus on trust, stewardship and multigenerational planning aligns with the firm's stated mission of helping advisors build independent businesses. For a billion-dollar team that says it is keeping its name, process and staff, the practical question is which back-office functions actually move to the platform.

Indivisible is described in the release as an advisor-owned growth partnership. The release does not say what Rosenwald Private Wealth operated under before the move, what terms the partnership carries, or whether the team's clients will see any change in accounts or custodial arrangements.
