Eight real estate deals total nearly $580 million in two days

Adler's deal is the largest of the eight and remains an announcement rather than a closing.

At a glance

  1. Six of the eight were reported closed and account for $337.8 million of the total.
  2. Below the top two, PCCP's $68.3 million industrial transaction with Logistics Property Co. is the next largest, and the smallest of the eight is under $25 million.
  3. For advisors, one of the eight matters directly: Griffin Capital's $23.5 million Tulsa build-to-rent vehicle is structured as a DST, the trust format 1031 exchange buyers use to hold replacement property.
