Crowd Street Adds OHA Credit Fund for Accredited Investors

Private-market platform now offers Class A shares of the $250M OHA multi-strategy credit fund to self-directed accredited investors.

Crowd Street, a private-market investment platform, said it added the T. Rowe Price OHA Flexible Credit Income Fund (OFLEX) to its offering, according to an Aug. 14 press release. The fund held $250 million in net asset value as of June 30, 2026, and its Class A shares are now available directly to accredited investors. Oak Hill Advisors, the fund's manager, oversees $112 billion in assets.

Why it matters

The move widens access to multi-strategy credit strategies that have historically been the domain of institutional portfolios. For allocators, it illustrates the continued migration of institutional private-credit products into self-directed investor channels. Crowd Street said the addition brings its fund catalog to seven, following recent launches with Stepstone, Nuveen and Neuberger.
