Kirill Bouek resigned as chief financial officer of Crescent Private Credit Income Corp., effective Oct. 7, the nontraded business development company said Tuesday. The fund said the decision was not the result of any disagreement with management or the board, or related to its operations, policies or practices.

The board named Gerhard Lombard, 53, interim CFO effective Oct. 7. He is also CFO of Crescent Capital Group and of Crescent Capital BDC. Crescent Capital Group is the parent of the fund's adviser. Crescent Capital BDC is managed by an affiliate of the adviser. Before joining Crescent in 2016, Lombard was CFO and treasurer of WhiteHorse Finance, a publicly traded BDC managed by H.I.G. Capital.

It is the fund's second senior officer departure in about two months. The fund said that departure was also not the result of any disagreement.

Fund size and co-investment application

As of Aug. 31, the fund reported an aggregate net asset value of about $590.5 million, up from about $549 million as of May 31. Portfolio investments were valued at about $970.9 million, the debt-to-equity ratio was about 0.68x, and Class I NAV per share was $26.47. The fund is raising capital through a $3 billion continuous public offering.

Crescent filed a third amendment Tuesday to its pending application for SEC permission to co-invest across its funds. The filing adds Remora Capital Corp., a Nashville-based private BDC that Crescent Capital Group sub-advises, as a regulated fund under the proposed order. The application, first filed in August 2025, names four BDCs: Crescent Capital BDC, Crescent Private Credit Income Corp., CCS IX Portfolio Holdings and Remora. It also covers more than 200 Crescent-affiliated private funds, collateralized loan obligations and Sun Life Financial entities. Crescent Capital Group is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Life Financial Inc. If granted, the order would replace Crescent's 2016 co-investment order. Remora reported $267.6 million in total assets as of June 30. According to Crescent, it primarily buys loan assets through co-investment programs with loan originators or their affiliates.
