CREDA's H1 2026 report cites stronger activity and mixed signals

Transaction volume, pricing and REIT purchasing activity were cited as confidence indicators, Connect CRE reported.

Commercial real estate investment activity strengthened in the first half of 2026, according to the Commercial Real Estate Development Association's research foundation. The foundation's U.S. Capital Markets Report, H1 2026, cited transaction volume, pricing and REIT purchasing activity as indicators of growing investor confidence, Connect CRE reported on Oct. 9.

The U.S. Capital Markets Report, H1 2026, cited "mixed signals" from the CRE investment market. This publication's September coverage of a Deloitte survey found 46% of respondents expected no sales and nearly 80% planned repositioning.
