The loan supports a total investment of €770 million ($860 million) across the four markets, meaning the bank's money covers roughly half the spend. The work includes new towers and urban sites, plus upgrades that let several operators share the same infrastructure. It also covers distributed antenna systems that add capacity at existing sites and modernization of Spain's digital terrestrial television network. Cellnex operates more than 115,000 sites across 10 European countries, excluding planned rollouts through 2030.

The rate and tenor were not disclosed. This is the company's third EIB facility.
