Cawley brokers 29,600-square-foot industrial sale in Carol Stream

High Street Logistics Properties bought the 2005-built Class B building on 1.90 acres with 24-foot clear heights and six docks.

At a glance

  1. The building has 24-foot clear ceiling heights, six interior loading docks with lifts and five interior drive-in doors serving three bays.
  2. The report did not disclose a price, cap rate, occupancy or lease terms, so for an advisor comparing industrial real estate funds, the sale is not a useful comp.
  3. Mark Wilson of Cawley represented both the seller and the buyer, working with Daniel Cawley and Jordan Kwiecinski.
