Connect CRE lists the newly created public company as buyer; Braemar's 2022 purchase price was $267.8 million.

Braemar Hotels & Resorts has sold the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale for $372 million, with Connect CRE listing Evergreen Acquisitions, a newly created public company, as the buyer.

Phoenix Business Journal reporting cited by Connect CRE puts Braemar's 2022 purchase price at $267.8 million, which makes the sale price about 39% higher than the acquisition figure four years earlier.

Connect CRE reports that Braemar has sold a number of its properties as it separates from Ashford. This publication reported in September that 46% of Deloitte survey respondents expected no sales at all.
